Identify, train, and develop new officers
Design, deliver, and evaluate training materials
Develop and facilitate Train-the-Trainer programs to enable supervisors to conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT), lead Safety & Security Induction Courses (SSIC), and deliver other ad-hoc training as needed
Create and maintain post orders
Conduct training assessments and evaluations
Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on training progress and status
Develop, review, and update Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Establish and enforce standards for officer code of conduct
Provide on-site, face-to-face training support as required
