Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Technical Education, Business Administration, or any related field
- With at least 25 years of experience in training, learning and development, or technical training management
- With technical background or hands-on experience in technical operations, systems, equipment, or related field
- Proven experience in developing training programs, modules, and training materials
- Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, training delivery, and performance evaluation
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills
- Ability to train technical and non-technical employees effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
