Missions :

Main Duties:

Ensure Catering training complies with regulatory and legal standards, while consistently supporting service quality and food safety.

Act as process owner for the Catering training and competency management framework, ensuring staff competence and operational consistency.

Identify training needs based on regulatory requirements, audits, incidents, operational performance and business priorities.

Develop, implement and monitor the Catering Training Plan, ensuring effectiveness, reliability and customer satisfaction.

Design, maintain and control clear, accurate and approved training materials, ensuring document control and traceability.
