About the Role
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and conducting training sessions for new and existing retail staff.
- Provide hands-on coaching on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Monitor employee performance and give constructive feedback.
- Maintain training schedules, materials, and records.
- Ensure consistent application of sales standards and company policies.
- Report training outcomes and staff progress to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience in training, coaching, or retail sales supervision.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations and water purifier products is a plus.
- Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
