Job Description

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • With at least 2 - 3 Years in managerial leadership role
  • Proven experience in developing employee engagement and retention strategies, designing and implementing performance management systems, and conducting training needs analysis with program facilitation.
  • Strong background in employee relations and incident management, with the ability to develop HR policies and maintain accurate documentation.

CULTURE DEVELOPMENT

  • Develop onboarding materials for all new hires
  • Conduct regular employee engagementsurveys
  • Coordinate team buildings for eachdepartment
