THE ROLE

Join our learning and development training team to assist with administration duties. Working alongside the L&D Coordinator and advisors, your duties will include the following:

  • Update training database with current certificates, internal and external training and licenses
  • Manage training and competency records of all personnel and ensure legislative and HSECQ requirements are met
  • Maintain LMS system with enrolments for new employees and removal of employees.
  • Data management and certificate audits
  • Document control maintenance
  • Assist L&D Coordinator with management and follow up of bookings and supplier list
