Job Description
- Coordinate end-to-end training operations including registration, scheduling, venue setup, attendance tracking, LMS management, and post-training follow-up
- Provide administrative and logistical support for training sessions, including materials preparation, refreshments, manpower allocation, and budget tracking
- Act as key liaison between learners, trainers, facilitators, and partner organisations to ensure smooth communication and programme delivery
- Support assignment of facilitators based on training needs and participant profiles, and manage feedback collection after sessions
- Ensure compliance with funding requirements, maintain accurate records in TLMS/SharePoint, and support audit readiness and internal finance procedures
- Degree in any course
- Meticulous and proactive
- Prefer at least one year of experience in training administration
