Requirements
Proactive and experienced BPO Trainer with 2+ years of training experience in leading US voice campaigns within Rawalpindi/Islamabad call centers
Proven track record of improving agent performance, CSAT scores, and onboarding efficiency through effective training modules
Expertise in Sales, Medicare, ACA, Final Expense, DME, and QA training
Passion for developing raw talent into top-performing agents
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience as a Trainer OR 3+ years as a top-performing agent looking to transition into a training role
Strong knowledge of
Medicare
Final Expense
ACA
DME
Other US-based voice campaigns
Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and motivational abilities
Ability to conduct
