Job Description
:Job Summary: This role drives the end-to-end quality, design, and delivery of training programs across distribution channels. Working closely with the Agency Management Team (Cluster Heads and Regional Sales Managers), the position focuses on executing impactful learning strategies and capabilities through train-the-trainer programs.
Major Accountabilities:
Training Delivery:
1. Onboarding & Licensing: Facilitates recruitment and pre-coding courses including IC Review and SLTC.
2. Rookie Training: Champions foundational programs like S.T.A.R.T., Product Knowledge, and the 4 Pillars of Financial Security.
3. Open Classes: Conducts specialized courses in Underwriting, Persistency 101, Claims, and Digital SUN.
4. Launches & Projects: Spearheads new product roll-outs and special ALD-related initiatives.
