Scope and Summary of Primary Responsibilities
The Trainer, Digital Technology, will deliver specialized assistive technology (AT) training tailored to participants’ diverse vision needs. This role focuses on speech-based, screen reader technologies. The Trainer will conduct pre- and post-program assessments to identify technical skill gaps and measure growth over time. During the initial stages of each cohort, the trainer will provide hand-on support for remote device setup and accessibility configuration, ensuring participants can effectively engage in training.
