POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

Position required to fulfill with Regional Training and Learning needs. New Hire Onboarding process and Multiskill migration. Continuous Education and Learning Solutions provider.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide GBS departments with functional and upskilling training (Global Engagement Center, Global Distributor Administration Support, Creative Services) and other corporate teams for special projects.
2. Responsible in ensuring that Member Services department staff is provided all information and any updates to be able to assist our Customers and Members effectively.
3. Develop training material, knowledge base maintenance, agendas recurrent review and maintenance.
4. Interpret/clarify all Member Rules of Conduct, Member Application, and other Herbalife-published information.
