Trainee Technician

We are looking for a Trainee Technician in the Refinery Operations Shift Team at Neste Tuas, Singapore. The selected applicant will attend a 12‑month comprehensive classroom and practical training program. Upon successful completion, the individual will be appointed as a permanent Trainee Technician responsible for safe and reliable operation of the refinery.

• Comply with Life‑Saving Rules and apply Process Safety Fundamentals in critical processes.
• Undertake the competency development program of the assigned field area and perform routine tasks under guidance of a competent senior or peer.
• Proactively seek guidance from more experienced team members to drive own learning.
• Perform routine tasks independently after completion of the competency development program.
• Understand and apply Lock‑Out‑Tag‑Out (LOTO) and prepare blinding plans for single equipment.
