Role

We are looking for a Trainee to join the Growth Team , working at the heart of the Innovation team . This team plays a strategic role in the company:

• Identifying the forces shaping the future of pet nutrition
• Guiding the organization towards new opportunities
• Building the innovation platforms that our global and local brands will develop into future‑winning products and experiences

What You Will Do

• Continuously analyse emerging trends in both human food and pet food, identifying signals of change in ingredients, claims, formats, packaging, and consumer behaviours.
• Stay updated on trends coming from more mature or innovation‑driven markets to detect potential opportunities for our brands and innovation pipeline.
• Translate trends into concise insights and inspiration for the Innovation team.
