Recruitment process of associates by posting job positions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.Coordination with Associates service provider for appointment letter / service letter.Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. Maintain & update the associate master data in internal system for all SSC locations.Manage time & attendance for 3rd party associates. Collect attendance & share salary inputs to service provider. Check the salary register, invoice & coordinate for salary release with admin / F&A & service providers, extensions of contract and coordinate for full & final settlements – all locationsDocument the training records for the training initiated including attendance, feedback forms & assessments.Support in executing other HR engagement activities, appraisal process.
