Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) - Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

TRO Coordination & Delivery:

+ Support the end-to-end lifecycle of Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs)
+ Coordinate with UK-based teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery

Technical Interpretation:

+ Interpret maps, drawings, and technical highway plans
+ Validate accuracy of TRO inputs

Stakeholder Coordination:

+ Collaborate with engineers, legal teams, and project managers in the UK
+ Support communication and documentation workflows

Documentation & Compliance:

+ Prepare documentation for legal drafting and consultations
+ Maintain accurate records aligned with UK regulations
Process & Quality Assurance:

+ Review TRO documentation for compliance
+ Improve workflows and templates

Operational Support:

+ Coordinate meetings and support TRO Managers
