Your role
- manage front to back lifecycle of a syndicated loan transaction, acting as the facility/security agent, arranger, account bank and/or lender
- review loan documents and provide inputs to stakeholders on the feasibility of loan structure from an operations perspective. Loan documents are based on LMA, APLMA or LSTA format.
- perform administrative functions and processing on the loan facilities, billings to clients, drawdown/rollover, rate fixing and payments
- monitor and maintain facility information in the various systems
- handle loan transfers / accession; familiar with transfer documents and transfer process
- coordinate with syndicate lenders and clients on waiver requests, amendment exercise and other matters
- minimum 3 years of loans agency and administration experience
