Trade Compliance Manager, Greater Asia

Summary Job Description: This person will work closely with the regional teams to provide technical and analytical support for Customs and trade compliance matters in Greater Asia, analysing import/export data to identify risks and savings opportunities, drive compliance, and assist our internal and external stakeholders as needed. The Manager will support the development and maintenance of the trade compliance program, managing compliance activities, including restricted party screening and anti-boycott reporting, and facilitating employee training programs on trade compliance matters. Responsibilities:
Serve as the first POC for Trade Compliance matters for Greater Asia region
Support embecta’s Trade Compliance GPO (Global Process Owner) in programmatic development and maintenance globally.
Manage regional compliance activities, including restricted party screening and anti-boycott reporting.
Facilitate employee training programs on trade compliance.
