Main Purpose

The Trade Account Manager (TAM) plays a critical role in driving commercial excellence within the Mid-Size Markets (MSM). This role is responsible for managing key accounts, identifying and prioritizing account-specific tenders, and supporting demand planning and forecasting activities. The TAM also maintains strong relationships with top Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure alignment with market and stakeholder needs. TAMs develop and execute strategic account plans designed to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and support sustainable business performance. Their focus is strictly on commercial activities, maintaining and strengthening partnerships with hospitals, hospital pharmacies, and clinics, while promotional activities remain out of scope.
