About the Role
We are looking for a Total Rewards Team Lead / Head to build and scale a high-impact Total Rewards function in a fast-growing, multi-country environment. This role is hands‑on from day one and will evolve into a leadership position depending on your experience and impact.
You will design and implement Total Rewards frameworks from scratch, ensuring they are scalable, competitive, and aligned with business goals across multiple geographies and employment models.
What You’ll Do
- Build and own the Total Rewards function end-to-end from a zero baseline
- Design and implement compensation frameworks (salary bands, benchmarking, review cycles)
- Develop and maintain equity and long-term incentive programs (including ESOP frameworks)
- Create benefits strategy tailored to different countries and employment types
