About the Role
The Total Rewards Analyst plays a critical role within Canfor’s Total Rewards team. This position provides analytical expertise, data insights, and actionable recommendations that support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of Canfor’s total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and pension plans.
