Introduction
The purpose of this role is to manufacture, maintain, and repair precision press tooling and moulding tools, with a strong focus on CNC machining to support production requirements and ensure high-quality output.
Responsibilities
- Operate and program CNC Milling machines to manufacture and repair precision tooling and components.
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to set schedules for tooling projects.
- Manufacture equipment, tooling, and gauges according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Utilise EDGECAM software for CNC programming.
- Maintain, service, and troubleshoot decentralized operations machinery and equipment.
- Assist the production department with machine and equipment maintenance.
