Tooling Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Tooling Supervisor to support tooling operations within a Tier 1 / Tier 2 automotive manufacturing facility in KWC region.

Pay - $95K

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day tool room operations to support uninterrupted manufacturing activities.
• Direct tooling personnel in the maintenance, refurbishment, and optimization of dies, fixtures, jigs, and related equipment.
• Ensure tooling availability aligns with production schedules and operational demands.
• Analyze recurring tooling failures and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Support new program launches by coordinating tooling preparation, validation, and production readiness activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to improve tooling performance and manufacturing processes.
