+ Drive continuous improvement and modernization of production processes, ensuring their validation.
+ Resolve tooling and personnel issues effectively.
+ Manage, mentor, and lead a team of tooling engineers, toolroom leads, and mold makers.
+ Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
