Responsibilities for Tooling Assembly Technician (Precision Mold): Assemble and troubleshoot precision semiconductor mold tooling in accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards. Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve tooling, molding, and encapsulation process issues. Conduct tooling adjustments, calibration, and optimization to achieve required performance and dimensional accuracy. Inspect and verify assembly quality using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with critical specifications.
