About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven, fast-moving operator to build and run a TikTok Influencer Testing Engine that identifies high-performing creators before full campaign rollout.

This role will source, activate, and analyze 15–20 micro/mid-tier influencers quickly, then develop a predictive model for scaling campaigns based on early performance signals (clicks, conversions, engagement).

Key Responsibilities

1. Rapid Influencer Sourcing & Activation

  • Identify and recruit 15-20 TikTok creators aligned with brand/product.
  • Prioritize creators who can post within 24-72 hours.
  • Negotiate lightweight, test-based partnerships (affiliate, rev-share, fixed test fee).
  • Launch small-batch influencer tests (initial content drops).
  • Ensure proper tracking: Unique links codes and TikTok Shop / Affiliate Tracking
  • Coordinate content timing to create clean, comparable data sets.
