We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage Leave of Absence (LOA) operations and ensure smooth HR service delivery. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, employee data management, and HRMS tools.

• Manage end-to-end Leave of Absence (LOA) processes and employee data operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely HR service delivery as per defined SLA and KPI metrics.
• Handle employee queries and provide effective resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support teams for smooth operations.
