Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end Leave of Absence (LOA) processes and employee data operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely HR service delivery as per defined SLA and KPI metrics.
- Handle employee queries and provide effective resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support teams for smooth operations.
