Testing and Commissioning Lead Engineer (T&C) - Waste Management

Job Description:

• On behalf of the Owner's Engineer (OE), the T&C Lead Engineer shall support the T&C Manager for overseeing all testing and commissioning activities of the IWMF Contractors, including the coordination of testing and commissioning activities of TWRP that interface with IWMF.
• The T&C Lead Engineer shall support the T&C Manager to lead the OE's proposed testing and commissioning team and coordinate with its Resident Site Supervision (RSS) Team and OE's design team as well as the Contractors to review the development of the Contractors testing and commissioning plan and the Contractors execution of their plan in order to achieve the Project milestones for each of the IWMF EPC Contracts (EPC Package 1 - Waste to Energy/Materials Recovery Facility and EPC Package 2 - Sludge Incineration Facility/Food Waste Treatment Facility).
