You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of ServiceNow solutions through rigorous manual and automated testing. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of QA experience
- 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow ATF testing (with focus on IRM/GRC)
- Strong automation experience (Selenium)
- Deep understanding of IRM/GRC processes, controls, risk scoring, assessments, SOX/compliance flows
- Hands-on experience with tables, ACLs, flows, update sets, APIs, business rules
- 3 years validating platform UI, Service Portal, Workspace UX
