About the Role
- Understand and translate business needs into analytics projects (Operational & Advanced Reporting, and Strategic & Predictive Analytics)
- Understand existing datasets (structured/unstructured) and transform/reshape/join multiple datasets for integrated reporting
- Contribute ideas, designs and algorithms that will influence people outcomes - test them through statistical hypotheses
- Produce results from analyses that will be used to drive HR investments, talent management decisions, and changes to the fundamental delivery of HR services
- Communicate complex statistical concepts to non-technical audience in both written and verbal mediums; Provide coaching and training on use and interpretation of data
