The Role

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Test Manager will manage the day-to-day activities of the test department, ensuring all customer deliveries are fully tested, verified, and released on schedule. This role is centred on operational excellence, strong team leadership, and driving cross‑functional and continuous improvement initiatives across production.
