About the Role
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
Validate workflows, customizations, configurations, and integrations across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.).
Perform functional, regression, system, performance, load, smoke, and usability testing.
Identify, document, and track defects through tools such as JIRA or equivalent bug tracking systems.
Verify data integrity and perform API validations using SOQL/Salesforce Workbench/Postman where required.
Conduct integration testing between Salesforce and external systems (MuleSoft, APIs, third party applications).
Participate in requirement review meetings to understand business flows and provide test coverage insights.
