Test Lead Provisioning Area

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and control the development of test specifications/test cases and sets of regression tests for new and enhanced software releases of applications in an accurate and timely manner.
• Manage project/release test strategies focusing on both functional and non-functional requirements while highlighting the needs regarding environment, test data, entry and exit criteria for different test phases, regression testing and test automation.
• Design test plans for multiple‑phase projects of high complexity based on inputs such as estimates, skills and number of resources.
• Participate in backlog reviews to ensure testability of user stories and involve the right stakeholders in test design reviews and approvals.
• Write and execute test cases for multiple‑phase projects, analyse and log results.
