Senior IT QA Lead/ Tester POS Systems

Client is seeking hands on Senior QA Lead /Testers with deep retail POS experience. This role is part of a high performing, cross functional QA organization working in an onshore/offshore model and reporting to a QA Manager. This is a highly hands on execution role, not a coordination only position. The Senior QA Lead Tester actively designs, executes, and validates POS testing while collaborating closely with test leadership, application teams, and business partners.

- Act as a hands on senior tester/lead, actively participating in POS test preparation and execution activities.
- Participate in functional and technical design reviews to ensure strong understanding of retail business processes, POS functionality, integrations, and architecture.
