Test Engineer

UBDS Group is looking for a skilled Test Engineer with a focus on test automation and data validation to support data and cloud transformation programmes. This role is ideal for an engineer with experience in ETL testing, automation practices, and cloud-based data platforms.

You will contribute to the design, development, and improvement of automated testing solutions, helping to ensure data quality, reliability, and alignment with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated tests for data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud-based platforms
• Perform data validation activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity across datasets
• Develop and maintain test automation using Python and pytest, with exposure to TDD and BDD (Behave) approaches
