Paragon Customer Communications are looking for a Senior Automation Web QA Engineer to join our dynamic onshore team.

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of bespoke web applications for some of the world’s leading brands.

You’ll be at the heart of our delivery process — driving automation, championing best practices, and helping us build a “zero-defect mindset” culture.

Main duties would include:

• Designing and executing automated and manual test strategies
• Creating test scripts and cases using AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Building automation frameworks using C#, Selenium, and BDD (Gherkin)
• Acting as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring high standards across all releases
• Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to resolve defects quickly
