Responsibilities
- Create strategies and partnership models to develop profitable commercial relationships with retailers through distribution channels, networks, and individual retailers.
- Build a portfolio of retailers across a variety of categories to develop long‑term and strategic business relationships.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements that create sustainable, long‑term value for the Company, retailers, and consumers.
- Be accountable for retailer activity and engagement throughout the retailer's onboarding journey.
- Establish a proactive account management strategy to drive growth and retention by analyzing product performance, identifying cross‑sell/up‑sell opportunities, and implementing best practices, marketing programs, and other solutions to meet retailer needs and the Company’s strategic objectives.
