Tender Executive

Possess airfreight and seafreight knowledge. Handle customer's RFQs and/or Tenders assigned by the Company. Prepare RFQs/Tenders according to the customer's tender requirements. Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload. Ability to develop good working relationships with internal/external contacts to source rates/key information. Work closely with Superior to support the tender management and submission. Carry out research in relation to the tender function, if necessary. Rates negotiations/sourcing with airlines/carriers/NVOCC/co-loaders. Rates compilation and maintaining them on a monthly basis. Enter and maintaining rates/quotations using Cargowise (CW1). Prepare seafreight/airfreight import, export, offshore and trucking quotation to customers. Shipment follow up, send pre-alerts, and arrange marine insurance coverage for shipments.
