About the Role
Lead transformative youth support as a Temporary Manager of Behaviour Intervention Services in Prince George. Focus on enhancing independent living skills and direct youth programs.
This role with SOURCES requires strong leadership to oversee the Behaviour Support and Independent Living Skills programs. Collaborating closely with the Director, you will mentor staff, ensure quality service delivery, and support the development of youth. Your hands-on approach will enable clients to transition effectively into adulthood.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Behaviour Support and Independent Living Skills programming
• Support staff providing one-to-one assistance
• Help youth develop essential life skills
• Collaborate with Behaviour Consultants and BCBAs
• Ensure adherence to safety and policy standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences mandatory
