Temporary Full-Time Registered Nurse

Albert and Parliament Primary Health Care Centre is seeking a Temporary Full-Time Registered Nurse to join a collaborative primary care team. Reporting to the Lead Physician, the RN provides patient‑centred care including assessments, triage, chronic disease management, preventive services, and clinical interventions. This role is part of a Saskatchewan Innovation Fund initiative and is temporary until March 31, 2027, with potential extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, history‑taking, and risk identification
• Perform triage in‑person and by phone based on acuity
• Provide clinical care including medication administration, immunizations, wound care, phlebotomy, and specimen collection
