Temporary Events Coordinator

Our client, a global sports platform, is seeking a Temporary Events/Operations Coordinator to assist with a large scale activation.

Dates: June 22-July 20 (some weekends required)

Fully onsite in Manhattan.

Responsibilities:

• Support the daily operation of a large-scale activation, including public-facing entertainment experiences, interactive games, and hospitality space
• Ensure operational readiness, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience standards are maintained throughout the event
• Monitor crowd flow and guest traffic patterns, escalating concerns and assisting with congestion mitigation strategies when necessary
• Assist in maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for guests, partners, and staff
