About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretariat support to senior management.
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and correspondence.
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams, government agencies, and external stakeholders.
- Arrange official travel, process claims, and coordinate meeting/event logistics.
- Handle confidential information and ensure compliance with governance and records management requirements.
- Provide general office administration and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles.
- Experience supporting senior management is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
