About the Role

Overview

A Telesales Representative drives sales revenue through effective outbound calling and customer relationship management. They also generate sales and foster customer loyalty by closing deals and building rapport over the phone.

Responsibilities

  • Initiating and pre-qualifying prospects over the phone covering New, Dormant, and Selected Existing Accounts , focusing on the following Business Units (BU): Commercial Software Services & Training , IT Security (Sophos) , Volume Sales , Devices & Rentals .
  • Use the SPIN Selling technique to understand customer requirements further and close the sale.
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and responses to products & after-sales service via CRM.
