About the Role
*Key Responsibilities* - Counsel students/parents on courses, fees, eligibility, scholarships, and batch timings - Handle walk-in, telephonic, and digital leads with regular follow-ups - Meet monthly admission & revenue targets and maintain conversion records - Update CRM/lead sheets and submit daily reports to the center head - Coordinate with faculty and ops team for demo classes and documentation - Support local marketing activities, school visits, and education fairs *Requirements* - *Experience*: Minimum 1 year in sales, tele-counseling, or edtech admissions - *Skills*: Excellent communication & convincing skills in Hindi & English - Target-oriented with strong follow-up and objection-handling ability - Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM handling - Graduate in any discipline
