**Key Responsibilities:**

+ **Communication & Switchboard:** Handle all internal and external calls with warmth, route them efficiently, and personalize service by addressing guests by name.
+ **Reservations & Guest Information:** Smoothly manage inquiries, bookings, and cancellations while providing detailed information on facilities, directions, and local attractions.
+ **System Management:** Maintain accurate guest profiles.
+ **Proactive Care & Administration:** Conduct guest satisfaction courtesy calls, manage precise call logs, relay messages, and execute punctual wake-up calls.
+ **Teamwork & Safety:** Collaborate with key departments (like Engineering and Security) to ensure smooth service while adhering to IHG safety, environmental, and sustainability standards.
