Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and address them immediately through coordination with the Account Manager, Account Sales Executive, and other departments if necessary.
- Handle client concerns and provide immediate solutions.
- Represent the company by attending client meetings to secure business continuity and explore potential business development.
- Always satisfy clients by providing necessary assistance.
- Provide quality service to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales group in meeting company goals.
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to at least five (5) prospective clients, using persuasive skills to promote our services and products effectively.
- Engage with potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner, clearly explaining the benefits, advantages, and features of our offered services.
