About the Role
Job description:
- Answers Telephone and Email inquiries from prospective clients.
- Assist walk-in clients.
- Encode Customer orders.
- Prepare customer Sales Invoice Delivery Receipts.
- Update Sales Agents and Customers regarding the status of the deliveries.
- Responsible for establishing a good relationship with clients.
Job Qualifications
- Good verbal communication and listening skills
- Clear and confident phone voice
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, or Google Workspace)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic customer service and sales skills
- Experience in telemarketing, call center, or data encoding is an advantage but not required
- Willing to work flexible schedules or extended hours if needed
- Ability to handle confidential customer information
