Advise on regulatory obligations, including telecommunications law, competition, privacy, and spectrum or space-related frameworks.
Identify and manage legal risks associated with network operations, new technologies, and evolving service offerings.
Support dispute resolution, regulatory engagement, and cross-functional projects impacting network, satellite, and wholesale service. Qualified lawyer with active Australian practising certificate.
Significant post-qualification experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, or related regulated industries.
