Qualifications
- Diploma or Graduate in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in voice Telecom ISP repair and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN concepts
- Knowledge of broadband, fiber, modem, router, and ONT devices
- Ability to interpret diagnostic tools, alarms, and line parameters
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
