About the Role
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products/services in a clear and professional manner.
Answer customer queries and resolve basic issues.
Maintain a database of customer information and calls made.
Follow up with customers as needed.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi].
