Key Responsibilities

Equipment Leadership & Mentoring

• Act as Equipment Specialist mentor, enhancing team capabilities and driving operational excellence within manufacturing equipment processes
• Drive systemic fixes to improve overall USDT and MTBA for modules at PGAT
• Develop hard‑down fix strategies and lead continuous improvement initiatives

Equipment & Process Ownership

• Own critical high‑volume manufacturing equipment and processes enabling rapid device miniaturization and mass production of integrated circuits
